Vending applications are now closed for 2017.
If you'd like to present a workshop, ceremony, shrine space, or other type of class, please fill out the form below. We will alert presenters of their acceptance by Aug 21, 2017. Presentations are 60 minutes in duration, shrine spaces may be left up for the entire weekend. Presenters are not paid, nor do presenters receive free admission, lodging, or meals. However, presenters will receive a special gift in gratitude for enriching this event, and are welcome to sell any of their own wares during or after their presentation without paying any additional vending fees.
If you are interested in being a Volunteer at Hexenfest, please fill out the following form and submit it. Volunteers who give 20 hours during the Festival receive free festival admission and free basic lodging (campsite or dorm), and volunteers who give 10 hours during the festival receive free admission, but are responsible for paying their own lodging fees. Volunteers are responsible for either bringing their own food or purchasing their own meal plan. A kitchen is available for volunteers to prepare food. We will review all applications for volunteers and let you know if yours has been accepted by July 1, 2017, or if you have applied after that date, then we will follow up with you once we receive your application.
