Public Health Statement

UPDATE:
COVID has surged over the summer and therefore we will require proof of 1 clear Covid antigen test taken the day of your arrival onsite. A photo with the day’s date will be acceptable.

We strongly recommend you bring additional tests if you are even remotely concerned you may be getting sick. However, we are not going to require or monitor this. So far, Hexenfest members have had a pretty good track record of willingness to take care of our more vulnerable members, so we’ll leave this to your best judgement. 🥰

We reserve the right to make decisions for the festival in accordance with whatever public health safety measures are in place at the time. With viruses in general on the rise, we appreciate your flexibility as we strive to keep each other safe amidst this changing and uncertain landscape.

We may require proof of 1 clear Covid antigen test taken the day of your arrival onsite. If we do, attendees will be responsible for providing their own Covid tests, and having a dated picture on their phones at registration.

Masks are encouraged indoors, but will not be mandatory, with the exception of the food line. We will require masks to be worn and hands to be sanitized while putting food on your plate.

Our community is in strong support of vaccination, and keeping current on boosters. If this is possible for you, please continue to do so.

If you do test positive for Covid (or whatever the infectious disease du jour happens to be at the time) just before the event, we will either refund your ticket or roll it over to next year.
