Vendors

We are seeking artists and crafters who reflect the spirit of Hexenfest; otherworldly, original, reflecting myth, magic, and a love of the natural world. Priority is given to crafters who create their own work. We are not looking for mass produced stuff that can be found anywhere. We give preference to artists whose work reflects thoughtfulness regarding cultural appropriation. We encourage members of the PoC and LBGT communities to apply. COST: $210, includes onsite camping.

Vendor Applications Run through May 1st or until slots are filled. Vendors will be notified by June 15th.

Presenters

Is there a workshop, class, or ritual you’d like to offer at Hexenfest? We are always interested in innovative presentations that reflect the spirit of Hexenfest. Priority is given to presentations which feature the arts and/or offer solution-based approaches to improving the world for all her inhabitants. We encourage members of the PoC and LBGT communities to apply.

We offer presenters a $150 stipend. A vendor booth can be requested in lieu of a stipend.

Presenter Applications Run through May 1st or until slots are filled. Presenters will be notified by June 15th.
